Jackie is from the southernmost tip of Texas, the Rio Grande Valley. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. Through her experiences, Jackie discovered that her greatest fulfillment comes from supporting and serving others, which inspired her to continue her education at the graduate level.

She currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance, where she brings care, integrity, and thoughtful attention to detail to her work. Her professional journey reflects a steady commitment to learning and to strengthening systems that support individuals in meaningful and compassionate ways.

In addition, Jackie is a licensed chemical dependency counselor and a certified yoga instructor. She values creating calm, supportive spaces that encourage mindfulness, balance, and personal growth.
Her dedication to mental health and addiction recovery is deeply personal, shaped by her own long-term recovery. Jackie approaches her work with empathy, gratitude, and a sincere desire to support others. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and getting lost in a good book.
