About

Trish Frye, LCDC

Trish is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, a Certified Restorative Therapist, a Certified Daring Way® Facilitator, and a  Certified Interventionist. She has over 38 years of experience working with youth, adults, families, and communities addressing substance use,  families, and related issues. She has spent most of her career serving in the non-profit world in both therapeutic and leadership positions in outpatient and inpatient treatment centers in Denver, Colorado, and San Antonio, Texas. 

As a person in long-term recovery, Trish balances passion and professionalism, finding creative ways to convey hope to others.

Trish is continuing her education at Arizona State University, fulfilling her passion for neuroscience. In her free time, she might be found facilitating a HealthRHYTHMS® drum circle, building Lego, attending an improv class, playing with chickens and dogs, or simply hanging out with her husband and family. She holds memberships in the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals and Faces & Voices of Recovery.
