What to Expect at New Day Recovery
At New Day Recovery, we are committed to providing a comprehensive and personalized approach to addiction recovery. Our goal is to support each individual on their unique path, and to meet each client where they are. Here's what you can expect when you choose our program
Admissions Process
Our admissions process is straightforward and designed to ease your transition into our care:
Initial Contact: Start by giving us a call to discuss your needs. We'll have a conversation to determine if our program is a good fit for you.
Insurance Verification: We will run your insurance benefits and get back to you quickly with the details of your coverage.
Pre-Screening Assessment: You will undergo a pre-screening assessment with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Partner either over the phone or in person. Our clinical team will evaluate your situation to ensure appropriateness for our care.
Our Approach
We believe in multiple pathways to recovery and align our program with the 12 steps, but we are open to alternative methods if they better suit your needs. Our person-centered approach means we meet you where you are and tailor our care to fit you. We also provide support for your family, offering a comprehensive treatment team to enhance the quality of care.
Our Programs
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Individual therapy sessions a minimum of 1-2 times per week.
Clinical and case management services.
Meals are provided.
Emphasis on holistic practices such as yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Schedule: Choose from 9am- 12pm, 1-4 PM or 5:30-8:30 PM.
Living Arrangements: Participants return home at night, which offers flexibility but also requires a higher level of personal responsibility.
Services: Similar to our PHP, except meals are not included.
Individual therapy sessions 1-2 times per week.
Clinical and case management services.
Emphasis on yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Pros and Cons: The primary benefit of our IOP is the ability to go home at night, providing a sense of normalcy. However, this freedom can also be challenging, which is why we offer the added support of our sober living homes.
Sober Living Homes
For those who need additional accountability and support, our sober living homes provide a structured and supportive environment. Residents benefit from being part of a community committed to recovery and have access to transportation services for our PHP and IOP programs.

“New Day is amazing! The team here truly cares and has firsthand experience with addiction. They are very well trained and passionate clinicians. There isn’t a person on staff that doesn’t take the time to listen and make you feel valued and hopeful for your future. They provide not only informative and therapeutic groups and individual counseling sessions, but surround you with like minded individuals and recovery community resources and activities. They tailor their approach to meet each individual’s unique case needs and find the best modalities and medication management. There are ample opportunities to join support groups, outdoor hiking and wellness/mindfulness centered activities. New Day has brought joy back into my life and is teaching me to do and try things out of my comfort zone. I am once again hopeful for my future! Thank you for taking such good care of me when I was so lost.”
