Jackie Vittitoe

M.A. , LCDC -I, RYT 200, Director of Client Wellness

Jackie is from the southernmost tip of Texas, known as the Rio Grande Valley. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in fashion merchandising and has a love for all things decorating. However, she soon discovered that her true passion lies in helping others. This realization led her to pursue further education at Texas Tech University, where she earned a master's degree in education, focusing on human development and family sciences.

Jackie is currently completing another master’s degree in social work for Louisiana State University and is also a licensed chemical dependency intern. In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Jackie is an esteemed yoga instructor who provides a calming presence for her students to learn the depths of meditation, breathwork, and asanas. She has a passion for teaching about the nervous system and how the different glands in our anatomy influence a person’s mind, body, and spirit.

Her commitment to helping those struggling with mental health challenges and addiction is deeply personal, as Jackie is in long-term recovery herself. This work not only brings her joy but also fuels her desire to make a positive impact. On weekends, you can find Jackie soaking up the sun and immersed in a good book.
